Forward Innovation Technology is a 501(c)(8) non-profit Fraternal Lodge. We unite enthusiasts of agriculture and their vision to bring innovation and new approaches to farming through technological advancements. The Lodge was founded in 2023 by Dr. Inderpal Randhawa, a leading clinical academic scientist with five board certifications in transplant immunology, allergy, pulmonology, pediatrics and internal medicine.

The FIT Lodge is headquartered at Randhawa Ranch, a 100 acre property which grows avocados and wine grapes in the breathtaking De Luz region of Temecula, California. As one of the largest avocado producers in Southern California, Randhawa Ranch is at the forefront of using the latest rot-resistant and salt-tolerant avocado rootstocks to maximize yields and conserve water.

Our areas of interest for innovation include new ag hardware, irrigation and water treatment technology, methods of testing and recording soil and plant nutrients, monitoring weather patterns, and implementing new farming strategies on the fly to maximize production and minimize the impacts of disease and pest interference.

Other affiliates of the Lodge include TPIRC (Translational Pulmonary and Immunology Research Center) 501(c)(3) and the Food Allergy Institute. These companies are on the cutting-edge of clinical care research and development, employing AI and implementing the latest research in ag science to revolutionize food allergy treatment.
